Nail Policies
Refunds
There are absolutely no refunds! NO EXCEPTIONS! We are only responsible for your nails 48 hours after intial service. After 48 hours, any repairs will cost. Please ask your service provider for more details regarding nail repairs.
Deposits
A $25 deposit is due for all services. Every appointment a deposit is due. A deposit is transferable one time. A new deposit is due if rescheduling appointment is done after the 48 hour mark or deposit has already transferred once.
Late fees
10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee in order to continue with scheduled appointment.
15 minutes late will result in automatic appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
To reschedule a new deposit is due.
No Call/ No Show
No Call/ No Shows will not be tolerated! No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Reschedule
In order to reschedule your appointment it must be 24 hours before scheduled appointment. New scheduled appointment must be no later than (5) days after scheduled appointment.
In order to best accommodate the needs of all clients. We reserve the right to request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are more than 15 minutes
late. A deposit is only transferable one time before a new deposit is required.
Cancellation
Cancellations done less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit and another will be required to secure a new appointment.
While being serviced
Please sit still as possible. How you sit and hold your hands determines the outcome of your nails. Arrive with bare nails meaning free of product. Please book a soak off if you already have a fullset on and need it removed.
Please NO eating while being serviced. Please try to limit cellphone use while being serviced.
A polite notice
We currently do not provide services for the maintenance of feet. (pedicures, acrylic toes, etc..).
Warning
Please no extra guests or children. This is your time to relax. Please make proper arrangements for your child(ren). Failure to do so will result in refusal of service and forfeiture of deposit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability for any reason what so ever. Including without limitation if you breach these terms.
Wax Policies
Deposits
Upon booking your wax appointment a $25 deposit will be due to secure your chosen time slot. All deposits are non refundable. Deposits go toward service. If services is less than deposit the total amount will be due.
Late fees
There is a 10 minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. If you do not arrive within the grace period, you are considered late and you will be charged a $15 late fee to continue with your appointment.
At 15 minutes after scheduled appointment, the appointment is canceled and you will need to schedule a new appointment as well as making a new deposit to secure a new appointment.
Rescheduling
In order to reschedule your appointment it must be 24 hours before scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are 15 minutes late. A new deposit will be required.
Cancellation
If you must cancel your appointment. Please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. We understand that unexpected life occurrences arise that may force you to cancel your
appointment. Our cancellation policy is to insure that canceled appointments can be swiftly refilled by a waiting client. Canceling means you forfeit your deposit.
Shark week
If you are on your period the day of your Brazilian wax. You can still receive your services as long as you have a fresh tampon in. If you are not comfortable receiving your services, you may cancel your appointment. If you wish to reschedule please do so with in (7) days of scheduled appointment. The deposit is only transferable one time in the shark week instance.

No Call/ No Show
No call/ No shows will not be tolerated. No show appointments will result in termination of service. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
After hours
After hours appointments are available to clients who are willing to pay an additional $35 VIP fee on top of initial service. This will only be for services that take 30mins or less.
EX. $45 Brazilian–> $80 Brazilian
